user access verification

Hi there, I just purchased a 7200 series router from ebay for my company and when i boot it up, i get a disclaimer from the previous company and a "user access verification" prompting me for a password

I need to reset this router completely so that i can put my own config on there from scratch

Does anybody know how, i can bypass this phase (i already know how to do a cisco router password recovery if there is an enable password/secret)

The seller of the router doesnt know the details either

any help would be greatly appreciated
