How do you use the results of two queries as part of a third query?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Add those two queries to the query grid, using the "add table" dialog, just click the Queries tab instead of the "table" tab. You can use any standard select query as the source for another query. Just be sure to join them appropriately...
