use PS files in Visio diagram?

I downloaded a zip file from Cisco's website that is supposed to have a bunch of icons to use in a visio diagram of my network. I open the zip file, and all it has are a bunch of PS files... How can I convert these into a stencil so I can use them in my visio document?
