Use Outlook Address Book in Mail Merge

I'm attempting to merge a Personal Address Book into a Word Mail Merge. I can choose Personal Address Book, but when the merge completes, it merges all addresses from our Global Address Book instead.

Furthermore, if I ever get it to use the Personal Address book, I want to pull names from one distribution list and no where else.
