Use field value to build hyperlink, then execute

For anyone who knows how to use outlook forms and vb.

How do I use a value in a custom field on a form to create a hyperlink, then 'execute' the hyperlink to bring it up?

For instance:

Field01: 012345678

Hyperlink format:

http://server/01234/012345678.htm

Once I get this info, my next question may be how to make the editable field a hyperlink itself to the url? Or, do you know how to place a hyperlink onto an outlook form?
