Hi good folks of the forum,

Can someone give me the step by step dummies guide on how to use FFC on an analog phone (500) it is a teledex analog set that has no feature buttons, does have a flash hook button and an MWI light. I need to know how to set up conference, transfer and park. I know that I need to define the feature code in ld 57. I have done that already. I set up #2 for transfer #3 for conference #4 for hold. I need to know what CLS i need to have defined to use these features so that i can check and make sure there isnt a CLS that I am leaving out and the step by step so that I can write up a little instruction paragraph and tape in on the table by the phone. I tried to use them and it is not working?

i.e- go off hook when you recieve dial tone press XX then XX. You will hear .... etc.

Make sure that Transfer is allowed in CLS (XFA), 6 party conference is (C6A)otherwise it is 3 party(C6D). Call Park is allowed or denied on cust. basis by Options in LD 15 (CPA) and build of Call Park in LD 50.
If phone has flash key, use that and not hookswitch buttons under handset.
Transfer - caller on line, depress flash key, hear conf. tone, dial ext to be transfered to, when rings, hang up and call is transfered.
Conf - get first caller, depress flash key, hear conf. tone, dial next party and wait for answer, announce conf. and depress flash key again.
Call Park - caller on line, depress flash key, hear conf. tone, dial SPRE code +71 + system park number or ext. # you want to park call on.
Call Park retrieve - Lift handset, dial system park number where call was parked or SPRE code +72 + ext. # where call was parked.
