Hi all,
I have switched providers recently for my PRI.
Since the change I have test 144 failing error code 4.
This appears to be a clocking issue.
I have slips and errors on the circuit.
The prior circuit was working properly.
I have replaced the TN 464 and the 120A CSU.
The problem still exists.
I have suspected the provider form the beginning but needed to make sure that the hardware didn't get damaged.

Any idea why this error is occurring?
Is this strictly a provider issue?

Any help would be great.

Test 144=Slip Alarm This test is used to acquire the total number of slips on a circuit.

Start by checking the Synchronization sources. It it is a single Port Network, or a fiber connected system, just do 'disp sync'. If you have an IP connected configuraion, each PN has it's own synchronization plan. Do 'display sync pn x'.

You should check the wiring from the CSU to the smart jack.
This was most likely changed when the new provider connected your
T1.

T1 should have shielded, separated, twisted pairs for receive and transmit. Rarely would this be a hardware issue with a circuit-pack or CSU.
