Does anyone know if there is a way to have a USB Camera hooked up to one machine and be able to access it from another? I have this exact setup, and I can access it through Lotus Sametime (online messaging/meeting system), but I want to be able to view it outside of Sametime. Anyone have any ideas?

USB Webcam viewing from another computer

There are many 3rd party solutions. Most involve either:
1. running some sort of web server that streams live video
2. running some application that periodically uploads/posts a snapshot to a server or shared directory.
Search some shareware sites for things like 'security camera', 'web cam', 'stream video'
