Kingston Data Traveller 1GB USB memory stick not fully recognized by Win98SE SP2
Machine is AOpen AOpen AX59 PRO with Award Modular BIOS v4.60PGMA AX59Pro R2.33
All available Microsoft updates have been installed
The machine is used as an offline alternative to newer machines
Other unpowered USB devices are recognized & are operable
Memory Manager shows those devices
On insertion of the memory stick the New Hardware Wizard attempts to install a driver
Memory Manager does not show the device
Driver installation cannot be completed
If the machine is booted with Knoppix 4.1
The memory stick is recognized and is functional
Any suggestions to get Memory Manager to recognize the device?
