Hello,
I'm trying to install Red Hat 8.0 on a desktop machine with a USB keyboard/mouse setup - unfortunately, once the installation wizard starts up, the keyboard stops working. I think there must be some driver available, since I ran Linux successfully off a CD a while back - forgot the name of the distribution though.
I checked the online docs at Red Hat without success. Anyone had experience with this? Do I have to contact the vendor, or is there some kind of generic driver I can use with the installation wizard?
It's a Fujitsu Deskpower-FMV (maybe a Japan only model) - everything in it is proprietary.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Greg

Shady, I don't have a specific fix but, we install RH 7.3 here and have found out that on the initial install we need to use a PS/2 keyboard and mouse. Once the install is finished you can switch to the USB.
