My system spec is :-
Win 2000 pro SP2
Gigabyte ga7ix
AMD 950 athlon
ISDN - USB Light Rider 128K

My isdn keeps returning error 651. When I boot up my machine and the modem is OK, I can get online but if the line is dropped then I get this 651 error and am unable to reconnect. Now only a full run of SP2 seems to fix it. I would like to say its a corrupt setting in my registry but after contacting the manufacturer they talked me through a full uninstall including removing the reg. settings and win.ini settings.

HOWEVER I have just found in event viewer->system messages 2 errors reported.

1.

Please, has anyone any ideas before I have to do a full restore?

Thanks in advance.

Si.
