USB devices stay powered on after standby....?

Hi...

Have recently built a new system,problem is when I shutdown/go into standby the usb devices I have,stay powered on...I've never had this before on previous systems.

Would this indicate a fault or is it nothing to worry about...?

It's a gigabyte motherboard GA-8KNXP rev2.(on board usb 2)

It is perfectly normal.

My older MOBO does that, it keeps charging my IPAQ when it's asleep. It's all good bro.
