USB converter to Serial for PDA?

Does anyone know if its possible to "virtualize" my USB connection on the clients device to be seen to the Citrix servers as "serial"

I simply want to synchronize my PDA over citrix, however my PDA only has a USB cable.

Is this possible to achieve?
