Does anyone know where the Avaya oneX Deskphone USB Companion .msi file is located? I unpacked the setup.exe file and searched for the .msi but could not find it. The admin guide said it was under root but that folder was not there. Thanks in advance.

The phone's USB port will only work with Aura and not IPO.

We have all 9611g ip phones connected to ip office and am using the screensaver on them and they're all working fine. I need the msi file to edit the usb companion screensaver and disable the other components so I can distribute to our users.

Screensaver and Adress Book worked last time I tried it, don't remember if login/logout worked on IPO.

Yeah I'm just using the screensaver, that's why I need the msi file to disable the address book and login/logout. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out with this. Thanks.

derfloh tried it, got nothing.

gwebster, I downloaded that link and I didn't find the msi file or the root folder.
