I have a PNY Attache' 128 meg memory drive I use a constantly, for some strange reason it shows only 24 meg of useable space and 94 meg unallocated space. How do I remove the partition and make the unallocated space active. I have tried formatting but it just formats the 24 meg space, is there a way to run fdisk?
I am using XP Pro.
thanks

Try:
Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Computer Management -> Disk management

Here, you should be able to delete the partition & format the entire space... but it almost seems to me as if there is something wrong with the drive if it is acting like this.

Post back with your results!

thanks Xagte for your reply. It seems that the PNY flash drive is not able to be partitioned, according to PNY. I contacted support@PNY and was emailed a PDF user manual and a small program which allowed Windows to low level format the drive, after doing so the drive is now in like new condition. My only question is why is there no mention of this utility on the website?

Well it ended good.

thank

Probably because PNY does not want people fixing what isn't broken.
