USB 7000 Module and call recording

Hello

We have a USB 7000 module on our 7024 telephone and have installed the same to the pc

Does anyone know where we can obtain the call recording software for the 7000 USB ?

Ah !!

We tried that one, the software and windows drivers install ok but it only supports the LDP-7024D USB module we have the LDP-7000 USB module

When we try to connect we get a warning that the cable is disconnected although in devices the unit is showing up in windows

HELLO

We have now solved the usb problem and reset the phone, however we cannot record any calls as the software s says

'wave error'

any idea's ?

Check that your wav- file setup is done correctly to My or A-law 8kHz and mono.

however the LG software does not have a mehtod of changing the wave file format

This must be because you are using Windows 7.
I do not have this fault on a standard Win XP Proffesional SP3.
