The 4000 has some additional 911 settings (Local ID Number) on the Basic3 tab but I believe it either requires compatibility or some special setup at the dispatch center. I was trying to mess with it when we got the system and the tech said it needed some kind of setup.
For the ultimate 911 solution when we upgrade our facilities we're looking at something like Red Sky that will report building, floor, room, etc when a 911 call goes out.
