URL's not linking as expected

I am sure this is a simple issue. I made a CD that has a flash main menu (with an HTML doc) that links to a group of html pages that are also on the CD.

I tested this out on my 2 computers and it works well. I sent it to a client, and it does nothing at all when they click on the sprites that have URL links to them. Anyone run accross this before? I am wondering if the client has an outdated flash reader. Your help is thanked in advance =)
