When online on my home page if i link to my publish page the url in the address bar stays at .com with no extension ie .com/publish.htm. Therefore if i refresh it returns to the home page.

This is probably really simple but i can't figure it. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using frames? Not sure what the situation is here.
