URL goes to 2 different places

Not sure if this is the right forum so forgive me if there is a better place for this.

About 2 weeks ago I switched web hosts for my site. I updated the name servers and all appeared to be well. However form one building in particular the URL still points to the old host. It has been 2 weeks so not sure why the DNS has not updated. From EVERYWHERE else it goes to the correct place.

Any ideas.

http://esc46.midphase.com/suspended.page/

Weird thing is a tractrt from this building shows it goes to fatcow.com (the correct place). I've emptied cache, internet history etc.. and it still goes to the wrong place...

Check the local hosts file and do an nslookup from the one building pointing to the old host. If its not authoritative for your domain, clear it from DNS server's cache, and then try to load the site again.
