In my form I have 3 options, 1) Show all Employee Records
2) Filter Records by Department - which is chosen from a drop down combo box,
so from 20 departments, 1 can be chosen.
3) Filter Records by Position Title - which is chosen from a drop down combo box,
so from 30 Position Titles, 1 can be chosen.
Now for No. 1 it is ok to open the Crystal Report with all data from Employee Table showing.
How can I do No. 2 and No. 3.
Also, when the Crystal Report opens with the data it opens in a small window, how can I make
it open full (Maximized).
Please can anybody help me.
