Urgent

I have been asking about duplicate emails received in MS outlook.
there are only 2 clients which when send mails, the receiver receives it twice.
we have exchange 2000 amd windows 2000 server.
i checked everything i could think of, please suggestions are needed.

If only this receiver has the problem when receiving the mail from the two and no one else reports a problem receiving from the two then I would say the issue is on the receivers end.

I would start by checking for what SERVICE components are installed and then check for any rules that are setup. joegz
