Our NT4.0 dhcp server is giving out the wrong info (getway & subnet) to our 98 clients, but gives the right info to our 2k pro clients.

It gives them a valid ip but it gives out the wrong subnet and gateway, but only to our 98 clients.

Anyone have any idea why it would do this?

sorry I forgot to include that everything has worked fine up until today, and we haven't made any changes to any of our servers (including this one) in weeks.

Blow the scope away and recreate it. It should take you about 10 minutes.

Did you add some kind of SP?

Thanks bob

I had a system crash and found that DHCP would no longer work with Windows 2k clients.
I completly zapped the scope and all the global stuff(router etc) and re-created it. It now works a treat.
