URGENT : how to Use MSFlexGrid to create monthly time sheet header

What exactly are you trying to do?
If you want to create headers for you flexgrid you can use the .formatString property at design or run time.
If you are trying to display data in the Flexgrid you can bind the grid to and ADODC or pull the data you want into your app and fill the grid manually.
