Upsizing from Access question 2

Greetings,

I just upsized an Access database to SQL and everything is functioning as it should as I've tested it myself. I have multiple users (8) though. My questions is this: Is there anything I need to do on the SQL side as far as permissions go to support the multiple users or anything else that I don't know about before I put this into production? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
