upsize access.mdb to sql server??

If I create a ful web application, creating the database in Access 2000, using ultradev to interface (all this is done on my desktop) once I've finished everything and everthing works fine, and I then decide then I'd rather have the database in an SQL server, when I upsize the database to the SQL server from access, what problems will I run into? Will I have to change my coding or will it remain the same (assuming the database name is unchanged).
