I'm using a Belkin 525VA ups on NT 4 server. When I first installed it (on a different machine) the software interface would work properly. Somewhere along the way, it quit. I have built a new server (NT4) and tried to install the shutdown software. It didnt work so I called Belkin and they sent me a program called Bulldog which is their latest interface. It didnt work either. I uninstalled the software and pluged an external modem into the com port (same one the UPS interface cable hooks into) and the modem would work. Any suggestions?
