Upon Opening DB, Start on New Record 1

I am afraid this is a bit naiive, but how do you set the properties of a form to start at a New Record (vs. the beginning of the data) each time the form is freshly opened?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

In the properties of the form set the option for Data Entry to be Yes instead of the default of no.
