Hi,

I am not sure where to put this question. I was wondering if anyone knows about a utility , auto. image resizing on the server (so you can upload big images without having to know graphics programs, resizing)

Your problem is solved in many scripts that use operations included in the GD library. Just google for resizing with PHP tutorials and you'll be able to solve this.
