uploading db?

Sorry for a bit off-topic, but the forum for mySQL is 10 times smaller than this one and nobody bothered to answer :-(

So here it goes:

My Web hoster has mySQL. I have a ready mySQL database on my local computer. I don't have access to the mySQL directories on the Web hoster. So how can I upload the database to the Web server? Thanks in advance! :-)

Call your host. Usually they want you to ftp the file to some upload directory and they will move it to the proper location. At least that has been my experience with remote server hosting.
