Hi Guys

Thanks heaps for all the help so far this year. Im coming to the end of my contract and so just a few more weeks of questions.

Now this one is a doozy.

I have a database full of details and paths to documents on our server.

Have a form "CSCIMS" which we can use to create a new entry onto our database. The fields are Title, code, description and path. "Path" is the exact path to the document on the server and we have set that so staff can find their info and then click on this path and the document automatically opens up.

What we would like to do is have a browse button next to the "path" field on this form so that when they put in a new document entry they can use this button to upload the new document to the server in the correct spot and then automatically have the path recorded in the path field.

How hard is that to do, for someone with limited coding knowledge.

I have trawled through the posts and remember finding one that talked about it but never showed the code to do it. Hope someone can help me.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers
