When assisting people helping out problems
it might be useful to se a screenshot of
the users properties box or something we might ask.

Here is how you can easily get better assistance
or tippers can get better explanation of the prob.

Having e.g your properties box for device manager
video settings on your screen.
Make sure its the active one.
Press "ctrl"+ "Prt Scr"
(copies a screenshot of the window to clipboard)
Open Paint from
Start- All Programs - Accessories
Edit- Paste
Your Picture is now pasted into paint.
File - Save As - xxxx
And make sure its GIF type (drop down box under filename)

Open the web browser and goto
Go down to the file and browse buttons
Browse the computer for your new screenshot GIF file
And upload.
Copy the URL string you get.
And paste this URL (http adress) into the forum for
others to see.

There is a limitation of five screenshots pr. day for free
without subscribing to premium.
But for our usage it should be fine.

It's great how that site scrubs all your personal details from the Gif too.

i erased this myself before uploading.
 
I forgot to add (lol). In any case it was a very artistic erase it looked a bit like a crocodile.

Seriously though, a nice useful tip.
