Upload a CSV file to database

Hello there,

I have a button on the admin side of a site. I want this button to upload a csv file to the database, which will then in turn update the site because it pulls info from the database.

So when the user clicks the button, a file browser appears. Then they find and select the file and hit ok. When they do this, the contents of the file is then inserted into the database in the right columns.

Any ideas?
