Upgraging NT Server 4.0 to 2K Server

I will soon be upgraging an NT Server 4.0 to Windows 2000 server. This box also has Exchange server 5.5 installed and is the domain PDC. I also want to upgrade Exchange to 2K. Could anyone please tell me the best way to go about this deployment?

There are 2 servers in my domain. The other one in NT server and also has SQL server installed. I also want to upgrade this machine to 2K.

Please do youself a favor and separate your PDC from the Exchange server. You will avoid a whole lotta issues with that. I suggest a separate W2K PDC. Then, upgrade the OS on the Exchange server to W2K and install AD connectors and let it run under Exchange 5.5 until you are comfortanle with it. BTW, it's a good idea to build another BDC.
