Upgrading to Office 2003 using msi files

I have the Office 2003 CD on the lan and want to creat a package that I can send out using LANguard to upgrade users from Office 2000 and Office XP. What I have done before is creat a batch file with the msiexec commands and switches and zip that up with all the msi files I need. I then used SFXmaker to make an exe out of the whole package and specified the batch file to run after extraction. Can anyone tell me which files I need off the CD besides the pro11.msi?
