Upgrading to Exchange 2003

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone knows if its hard to do an in-place upgrade from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003. I'm thinking about doing it myself but I'm wondering if its a head wreck or what?
I currently run windows 2000 server and dont particularily want to upgrade to 2003 server.
Is it simply a case of placing the exchange 2003 cd in the server and following the upgrade procedures or are there m/any pitfalls along the way?
Any insight here would be greatly appreciated!

Yup, as simple as that.

There are plenty of docs on the Internet that detail exactly how to do it.
