Jul 13, 2004 #2 criticalUpdate Vendor Jan 8, 2002 161 US I think the biggest change is Terminla Server licensing. There are no longer built in TS CALs. It used to be with Terminal Server w2k that you could use w2k and xp clients now you have to pay. Other than that I haven't seem anything with functionality that is better that w2k.
