Hi,

I'm upgrading the Admin Suite and after detecting the previous version during the installation process and copying the files, pops me up a window asking for the Disk:1.
Anyone know what is it?
First I trying it having the Suite in a Stick Memory, but then I tryed it from a CD and it stil is asking me for the Disk:1.
What I had to do? Do I have to delete the previous version and install the new one?

Thanks.

Was the install from a download or from a CD? If it was a download could be a bad DL and you might have to redownload file. If it is a CD try to install on a seperate machine to see if install runs properly. If it does uninstall old on original PC and reinstall from new CD.

When it is installed it remembers where it was installed from. Upgrading and modifying the install then expects to be done using a source in the same location.

I download it from the Avaya web page and I installed it on a new PC and works fine.
If I delete the previous version I also delete the Ip Office configuration (I mean extensions, hunts,...) or it is on the Ip Office memory?
By the way it is a Ip Office 500.

the config will be stored on the ip office

but it might be wise to make a backup anyway
