Hi,

I currently have a Windows NT 4.0 PDC and BDC running in a domain where several Windows 2000 servers have been added. Now I want to get rid of the Windows NT servers. I was going to upgrade everything to Windows 2000, but now I am thinking I should just go straight from NT to Windows 2k3 since any new servers we purchase come with Windows 2k3 and I heard that Windows 2k3 has a tool to assist in the upgrade.

I want to be able to move the users and data over. Should I build up a new NT server and upgrade that to Windows 2k3 or should there be some sort of middle step? Or am I way of base? Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated. Also once the upgrade is complete, will there be any issues with the servers running Windows 2000?

Thanks in advance for your help!
