Upgrading IPO hosted on AWS

Im looking to upgrade to R11 on some of our AWS hosted IPO's.

I cant find any documentation for it.

obviously I don't want to install another AMI as this will completely wipe everything.

has anyone done this before? Ive tried the usual tech support channels but they dont seem to have any idea?

The same as physical IP Office servers. Transfer the ISO to the primary server, upgrade the primary, upgrade the other servers.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
