Upgrading in Vista with ASUS notebook

Have had problems with technicians new notebooks not being able to upgrade IP Office systems.

They all had Vista Business. ASUS F3L

When you would try to upgrade it would stop at Contacting

Tried over wireless and it worked

Started going through the network card setting and found that "Task Offload" is on. Changed to Off and works ok now

Network Adapter is Atheros L1 Gigabit
