Upgrading HW for Master Replica/CA server

We need to replace the root server (master replica/Certificate Authority) with a new machine. Does anyone have any tips?
Of course run health checks and timesync.
This is a pure 5.1 environment (15 servers.) I cannot find any TIDs on this...

Thanks for any advice.
 
Here is one tip...

Move the master replicas to a different server before you do it. If you have any Master replicas of any partition on that server, you are going to have a very long weekend. I don't think you have to worry about the CA. After you're done, move the master replicas back.

Backup NDS with a DSREPAIR -RC before you do it.
