What is involved in upgrading from SQL Server 7 to SQL Server 2000?

I will be doing an upgrade as well in the near future. Are there any 'Gotchas' to watch out for not mentioned in that article? Is SQL2000 100% compatible with everything used in SQL7, will I have some restructuring to do?

Licensing is an issue, based on which version you buy, Standard or Enterprise. Standard does not have indexed views, or log shipping built in to EM
