UPGRADING FROM FLASH 2 TO FLASH 4

I INSTALLED A FLASH EXPANSION MODULE IN A STARTALK FLASH BUT IT WONT ALLOW ME TO ADD ANY MORE BOXES. I FOLLOWED ALL OF THE DIRECTIONS BUT TO NO AVAIL. DO I ALSO NEED A KEYCODE TO TURN ON THE ADDITIONAL MAILBOXES. THANKS

Are you sure you had a flash 2 and not a flash lite? flash lite is restricted to 10 mailboxes and no auto-attendant no matter whether you have the flash 4 module installed or not..
