upgrading from exchange 2003 standard to enterprise

I am upgrading from Exchange 2003 standard to enterprise. Any one have any experience on what I should be looking for?

Make sure that your users are aware that email will be down for half a day. Ensure your Boss is paying you for the same half day.

Make a good backup. Go have a good breakfast. Insert CD. Next about 6 times and about 20 minutes of your life will be spent biting your nails.

Job done. Done it several times myself. Without the breakfast...!
