upgrading from 6.5 to 2000, please help.

When using the SQL Server Upgrade Wizard I have the option of excluding the Master database. I wanted to exclude this since there is one that exists in SQL 2000. Actually I got an error saying that the sp_help was an issue.

After excluding the Master database I thought this would work. For some reason it still attempts to bring over the Master database. Is there a way to actually keep this from happening?
