Upgrading Core Firmware

Hi!!

Can anyone tell me the steps to updrade the Core Firmware to a Ip Office 500.
The current firmware is 3.2 and I would like to upgrade to 4.1.
The documentation is a little bit confussed about it.

You are giving us the wrong info

The ip500 can not be on 3.2 or do you mean the current ip is not an ip500 and you want an ip500 ?

IP Office 500 is the new hardware, a dark grey box with slots in, 4+ is the minimum firmware you can be on, how are you at 3.2?

Wrong current firmware version. It is 4.0 and I would like to upgrade to 4.1.15.

Download the 4.1.15 Manager, install it on your PC then click File, advanced - upgrade and it will find the unit for you, enter your password (usually password)and you are done.

Not if you are using IPPhones those will take 5 mins to update to the latest version after the IPOffice has been upgraded.
