Upgrading Contivity

Hi All

I am having major problems trying to upgrade contivities over a BOT. I am trying to upgrade from v04_76.123 to v04_85.101. The strange thing is that I am also not able to upgrade the unit if it is operational via the Private interface (locally on site). On a stand alone unit, not connected to the network it works 100%. What am I doing wrong?
