Upgrading Arcserve Procedures and Gotchas

I'm preparing to upgrade Arcserve 2000 to v. 11. I'm going to backup the Log and Database directories. I haven't been able to find any documentation on upgrade procedures even on the CA website. If any of you have any suggestions, recommendations, or can point me to a site with upgrade info, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

save the jobs also, and then just run the upgrade.
