I am upgrading our client pc's (running NT4 WS Service pack 6 / Viruscan 4.5.0) to version 4.5.1 without SP1 using ME console.

I am experiencing a couple of error messages on random PC's. The first one is "Could not send exclude data to vxd", after a reboot the Viruscan appears to be working fine but you get the message "Cannot find C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\NTME\ENG451AA\SETUP.EXE". I have traced this to the Run key in HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\RUN, a key called InstallNAIProduct.

Has anybody got any ideas on what could be causing this message, so I can update files or settings as necessary.

My next step after this is to get the autoupgrade feature to upgrade to 4.5.1SP1 any help here would also be much appreciated.(scripts required and what download to use).

Thanks

To use the AutoUpgrade, all you need is to point the AutoUpgrade function to the directory where the 4.51 installer is. Nothing else to do.
